The second application round for Leadership for Transformative Change is now open.  The Leadership for Transformative Change programme is a collaborative Swedish initiative developed by a consortium involving Uppsala University, Karolinska Institutet, the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, SALAR International, Business Sweden and the WWF. It is supported by the three Swedish public agencies: Vinnova, Swedish Institute and Sida.

It is designed for leaders in organisations in any societal sector working for societal transformation towards sustainability. The programme aims to provide leaders motivated for systems innovation and transformative change with knowledge, tools and a network for a sustainable future. Leadership for Transformative Change offers you as a leader an opportunity to spend time in a context where you develop a current transformation project with the support of scholars, other high-level tutors and your peer participants.  Along with co-creation, the uniqueness of this programme lies in a belief in teams of transformation agents – hence, you must apply in pairs. The responsibility for large-scale, long-term societal transformations cannot rest with individuals; it is a collective task. For comprehensive information about the programme, please refer to the: Official website – Leadership for Transformative Change

Deadline for applications: 5 December, 2023. The programme management team is also ready to address questions you may have (e-mail: ltc@uu.se).
