The new OECD DAC publication: Shifting Power with Partners. Toolkit for implementing the DAC Recommendation on Enabling Civil Society in Development Co-operation and Humanitarian Assistance has recently been published. This is the second toolkit published by the OECD to support the implementation of the DAC Recommendation.
The toolkit is certainly a testament to the wealth of expertise and commitment in this area from the broad CSO community, and for the Global Standard it is a source of pride that Chilande Kuloba-Warria (Founder and Executive Director of the Warande Advisory Centre and a Global Standard associate since its creation) contributed to this toolkit. The Global Standard is quoted twice in this document, both in our guidance materials and in an interview we conducted and published in the Global Standard Newsletter two years ago.
